Ubiquiti PowerBeam M5 400

PowerBeam (PBE-M5-400) is a powerful complete outdoor unit including 25 dBi MIMO 2x2 antenna for 5 GHz band suitable for PtP connections. The unit enables communication at up to 150 Mbps.

The PowerBeam 400 uses a new antenna design for greater resistance to interference, has a better design for easy installation and is equipped with Gigabit Ethernet. The material of the unit uses GEOMET technology for high corrosion resistance. For high transfer rates, the unit uses the 802.11a/n standard and AirMAX (TDMA) technology to achieve low latencies.

The antenna system consists of two antennas (MIMO) with horizontal and vertical polarization, which use the patented InnerFeed technology to achieve the best characteristics while maintaining a good price. A big advantage is ESD/EMP protection against overvoltage on both wireless and Ethernet parts up to up to 24 kV!

Web administration is very simple and clear. You can set e.g.:

• AP, client or WDS mode
• traffic shaping
• QoS
• transparent bridge or routing between WAN and LAN, without NAT or with NAT
• signal strength, which should correspond to a specific signaling LED
• output power up to 26 dBi

In bridge and WDS mode, the device transparently supports IPv6 transmissions.

The package also includes a Gbit 24 V/0.5 A PoE power source.
