Surge protection (ETH-SP-G2) on Ethernet to all Ubiquiti outdoor equipment installations. This will save you money on new equipment and time with new assembly. It will reliably protect wireless units and PoE devices (adapters, switches) with an Ethernet port up to 1Gbit/s against electrostatic discharge or overvoltage when properly installed, see the image below.

The overvoltage protection guarantees the function of the connected device even with an overvoltage of 100V for 1s or a discharge of 1kV/ 1us. Of course, only in the case of proper grounding. Overvoltage protection supports PoE up to 50V. Suitable use for 10/100/1000 Mbps networks.
