XtendLan HDMI Transmission over LAN — KVM Extender for 1080p
Environments where it is necessary to transmit high-quality HDMI images and control remote computers at the same time require a reliable and high-performance solution. This XtendLan EHDMIC11U-TRv2 transmitter and receiver set allows image transmission at a resolution of up to 1920 × 1200 px at 60 Hz over a distance of up to 120 m over Cat6 network cables, which is ideal for large-scale installations in offices, conference rooms or industrial applications. Thanks to the support of the UDP/Multicast protocol and low latency of 80-110 ms, the transmission is not only smooth, but also efficient when distributed to multiple devices. The KVM function adds the ability to control a remote computer, which distinguishes the product from ordinary HDMI extenders.
Reliable video and audio transmission over long distances
XtendLan HDMI transmission over LAN uses advanced ipcolor STREAM technology and supports several network topologies, including 1:1, 1:N, N:1 and N:N, which allows flexible configurations for various scenarios. In combination with a gigabit IGMP switch, up to 256 transmitters and 256 receivers can be connected simultaneously, which is key for large installations. The maximum transmission distance is 120 m via Cat6 cable, while compatibility with lower category cables is also ensured (100 m for Cat5e, 80 m for Cat5).
KVM function for remote control
The integrated KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) function allows not only video transmission, but also the return transmission of control signals from the keyboard, mouse or touch screen connected to the receiver. In this way, a computer can be remotely controlled, for example in server rooms, industrial premises or presentation rooms. Switching between signal sources is simplified thanks to the iMMS mobile application, available for both iOS and Android.
