ethernet/optical type media converter using WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology, which is equipped with one 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 port and single-mode with SC connector. A TL-FC111A-20 converter is used on the other side of the optical fiber.
Converter metallic network to optical. It is suitable wherever the distance between two points is longer than allowed by a classic metallic network and a galvanic connection cannot be used. Optical fibers are also very resistant to disruptive electromagnetic or atmospheric influences.
