2N Access Unit M Bluetooth RFID — Compact Access Reader

It combines the functions of an access controller and a card reader, eliminating the need for separate controllers and complex cabling. Thanks to PoE 802.3af support, a single UTP cable is sufficient for connection, simplifying installation. With IP54 and IK07 protection, the reader is protected against moisture, dust and mechanical damage, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. A significant advantage is the support of Bluetooth 5.0 LE, which enables mobile access via the 2N Mobile Key application.

Powerful access and security functions

The reader offers flexibility thanks to its support for a wide range of identification technologies. RFID cards can be read at frequencies of 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz, which includes standards such as ISO14443A, PicoPass, FeliCa and NFC. For the highest level of security, it supports encrypted MIFARE DESFire EV2/EV3 cards with 2N PICard technology, which protects against copying. Communication via Bluetooth is protected by RSA-1024 and AES-128 encryption, ensuring data security.

Easy installation and variable mounting

With its slim design of 133 × 50 × 27 mm, the reader is easy to install even on narrow door frames. The included pigtail Ethernet cable 2.9 m long (RJ-45) allows easy connection even in more difficult conditions, such as metal door frames.
