For users who need reliable and flexible sensor connectivity in their UniFi Protect system, the UniFi SuperLink Gateway is the ideal solution. With proprietary SuperLink technology, it provides extreme range of up to 2 km and ensures stable performance in large installations. The integrated Bluetooth 5.2 radio with a range of 100 m enables compatibility with older BLE sensors. The gateway supports power supply via PoE port and USB-C, which ensures maximum flexibility in installation. Thanks to its compact design and the possibility of mounting on a wall or DIN rail, it is suitable for both commercial and residential environments.

Reliable wireless technology for long distances

The device uses SuperLink technology, which allows the connection of up to 96 sensors with an extreme range of up to 2 km. This technology operates at a frequency of 915.6-927.6 MHz (US) or 865.1-869.5 MHz (EU) with an antenna gain of 2 dBi and a power of up to 27 dBm, which guarantees minimal delay and high connection stability. For shorter distances, Bluetooth 5.2 is integrated with a frequency of 2400-2480 MHz, a range of 100 m, antenna gain of 3 dBi and a maximum power of 10 dBm.

Flexible power supply and installation

The UniFi SuperLink Gateway is equipped with a PoE port, which allows power and network connection with a single cable, which simplifies installation. Alternatively, power can be used via the USB-C connector (5 V, 1 A), which is ideal for situations where there is no PoE infrastructure. The compact dimensions of 159.3 × 81.9 × 26 mm and a weight of only 179 g allow easy mounting on a wall or DIN rail. Polycarbonate and aluminum alloy material ensures durability and longevity.

Integration and management in the UniFi ecosystem

The device is fully integrated into the UniFi ecosystem and requires the UniFi Protect application for management via the web interface or mobile devices (iOS and Android). This integration allows centralized control over connected sensors and easy expansion of existing installations.
