Security installations require reliability, flexibility and easy management. The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect Alarm Hub Kit delivers a professional solution with the ability to monitor up to 32 wired zones and support for advanced fault or tamper detection modes. Powered by PoE++ (60 W) or PoE+++ (90 W), you don't need separate adapters, which simplifies installation and minimizes cabling. Integration into the UniFi Protect application allows for unified management of all UniFi devices. With a robust steel construction and battery backup support, it is ideal for demanding security applications.

Advanced zone management and detection

The UniFi Protect Alarm Hub Kit supports EOL resistors in the range of 1-5.6 kΩ, thanks to which it can distinguish not only open/closed states, but also detect wire breaks or short circuits. SEOL and DEOL modes allow advanced configuration for each zone separately. This flexibility is key when installing in environments where it is necessary to distinguish between real alarms and tamper events. Zone management can be easily performed via the UniFi Protect app.

Power and Operational Backup

The unit is powered by PoE++ or PoE+++, allowing power supply via a single RJ-45 cable. It also offers backup power via a 12V SLA battery (not included), which can provide up to 6 hours in standby mode or 4 hours in active operation. This feature ensures continuous operation even in the event of a primary power failure, which is essential for security applications.

Wireless Device Expansion and Outputs

A PoE+ output (54 V DC, 30 W) compatible with the SuperLink Gateway is available for connecting wireless alarm devices. Two configurable Wet/Dry relays allow the connection of additional alarm devices such as sirens or strobe lights. 6 auxiliary outputs 12 V DC, 1 A are available to power the connected sensors.
