Tinycontrol LANKON-093

Specialized converter for connecting sensors to LAN controller

The IDC10-2 converter board is designed for use with LK3 and LK3.9 devices. It allows easy connection of up to two external sensors operating in the 4-20 mA current loop standard to the INPA5 and INPA6 analog inputs of your device.

The converter is equipped with terminal blocks with clear polarity markings, which facilitates the correct connection of sensors. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be easily integrated into existing installations.

  • Compatible with LK3 and LK3.9 devices from Tinycontrol
  • Allows connection of two sensors in the 4-20 mA standard simultaneously
  • Connection to the INPA5 and INPA6 analog inputs of the basic device
  • Clearly marked terminal blocks for correct connection polarity
  • Compact design with IDC10-2 connector
  • Easy installation without the need for additional modifications
  • Suitable for industrial applications with current sensors

Applications and uses

The converter is ideal for industrial applications where sensors with a 4-20 mA current output are used, such as pressure, level, flow, temperature or humidity sensors. Thanks to this converter, these standard industrial sensors can be easily integrated into systems based on LK3 devices.

Installation and connection

The converter connects directly to the LK3 / LK3.9 device motherboard. For proper operation, it is necessary to observe the marked polarity of the sensor connections, which is clearly marked on the converter board (+ and - for each INPA5 and INPA6 input).

Technical design

The converter is implemented as a specialized printed circuit board with terminal blocks for connecting sensors and a connector for connecting to the basic device. The board contains the necessary electronic components for converting the current signal to a voltage signal, which can be processed by the analog inputs of the LAN controller.
