In environments with high electromagnetic interference, reliable data transmission is the key to a successful network infrastructure. Solarix SXKJ-6-STP-BK-SA shielded keystones in a multipack of 24 pieces are designed for building structured cabling that supports Ethernet protocols from 10BASE-T to 5GBASE-T. Thanks to the self-tapping terminal block, installation is quick, easy and does not require any special tools. 50 µin gold-plated contacts ensure long-term reliability and minimal contact resistance. This product meets a wide range of international standards, ensuring compatibility with various modular jacks.

Reliable data transmission in demanding conditions

Thanks to the shielded STP construction and support for AWG 26-22 (wire) cables, Solarix keystones are ideal for deployment in environments with higher electromagnetic interference. They are compatible with protocols from 10BASE-T to 5GBASE-T, enabling data transmission at speeds up to 5 Gbps. This flexibility ensures that the product will meet both current and future network infrastructure requirements.

Safety and long life

The non-metallic parts of the keystones are made of FR plastic according to UL94-0, which increases fire safety. The contacts with 50 µin gold plating resist wear, which guarantees a minimum port life of 1,000 connection/disconnections. These features contribute to long-term reliability and safety even in harsh operating conditions.

Compatibility and easy installation

The dimensions of the keystones comply with the EN 60603-7 standard, which guarantees compatibility with modular sockets from other manufacturers that meet this standard. Thanks to the self-tapping terminal block, installation is quick and efficient, without the need for special tools. Keystones support Power over Ethernet (PoE) according to the 802.3af (Type 1) and 802.3at (Type 2) standards, which allows devices to be powered directly over the network cable with a maximum current of 600 mA per pair.
