The SXRJ45-5E-UTP-EASY connector is a universal solution for terminating wire and stranded network cables. Thanks to advanced pass-through technology, it allows for very simple installation using a special HT-EASY tool, which ensures accurate termination and cutting of wires in one step.

The connector is equipped with high-quality contacts with a 50 µin gold layer, which ensures excellent conductivity and long-term corrosion resistance. It meets the strict requirements of international standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and ANSI/TIA 568.2-D, which guarantees reliable operation in professional installations.

Supported protocols and applications

The connectors are certified for the operation of Ethernet protocols 10Base-T, 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T. Thanks to their high-quality workmanship, they also support the newer 2.5GBase-T and 5GBase-T standards, while the success of operation and the achieved distance for these protocols may vary depending on the type and quality of the overall installation.

Power over Ethernet (PoE)

The connectors fully support powering end devices via an Ethernet cable according to the IEEE 802.3af (Type 1 with a maximum current of 350 mA per pair) and IEEE 802.3at (Type 2 with a maximum current of 600 mA per pair) standards when using 2 powered pairs.

Installation and compatibility

For proper installation, it is necessary to use special HT-EASY crimping pliers, which are optimized for pass-through connectors. The connectors are compatible with Solarix CAT5E UTP installation cables in PVC, LSOH and PE versions for outdoor use.
