RS485/422/232 to TCP/IP protocol converter. IP communication converter (LAN 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet) to serial lines of RS-485, RS-422 and RS-232\ types. The serial communication type is optional.

Transmission of serial communication via the IP protocol is especially used for data collection, control systems and control of camera systems. It also replaces the physical conversion of serial protocol to another transmission medium. Extends the range of serial communication practically indefinitely.

The ICS-110 converter enables effective remote management via Web, Telnet or VCOM. It supports both application and serial operation modes for connecting an alarm or IP address, which saves the network administrator time in detecting and locating network problems without the need for visual inspection of cabling and equipment.

Ability to work with character delimiter:

• the possibility of entering a start and end character, which determines the start and end of serial device communication. Data is not sent over Ethernet until the end character is received
• the possibility to set reception from the serial port so that if it contains a certain character, the communication is ignored

It is possible to set a fixed time after which communication is not to be carried out (e.g. to save telecom costs).
