Backup 12 V, 7 Ah lead battery in VRLA (AGM) design suitable for applications without frequent cycling with a reliable backup source.

It is a construction in which the internal pressure is regulated by means of valves (VRLA - valve regulated lead acid). The advantages of this design, together with AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology - although the battery contains an electrolyte in a liquid state, this is, however, absorbed into the glass laminate microfibers, or into the so-called glass wool, which is why it is firmly bound in the bowels of the battery cells , and its escape is practically ruled out). Battery maintenance

To achieve optimal battery life with frequent cyclic operation, it is necessary to respect the maximum allowed discharge depth of 80% d.o.d. specified by the ČSN EN 61044 standard. When storing batteries for a longer period, it is necessary to ensure their continuous charging. At a storage temperature of 25 °C, charge every 6 months, if the temperature is higher, charge more often. Operating temperature range: charging -15 to 40 °C, discharging -15 to 50 °C, storage -10 to 40 °C. Long-term exposure of batteries to temperature extremes shortens their lifespan.
