A smart home or commercial space requires reliable and accurate monitoring of movement and environmental conditions. This intelligent multisensor from Ubiquiti provides a range of functions, from motion detection with a range of up to 5 meters, to temperature, humidity and alarm sound monitoring according to UL217 and UL2034 standards. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0 BLE connectivity, wireless data transmission is ensured up to 15 meters (depending on the environment). This device is an ideal solution for integration into the UniFi Protect system, allowing users to comprehensively manage and monitor the environment.

Multiple sensors for comprehensive monitoring

The UniFi Protect Smart Sensor combines multiple sensors into one compact device measuring 83.5 x 24 x 24 mm. In addition to motion detection, it also includes:

• Magnetic sensor to detect the opening or closing of doors and windows.
• Accelerometer to recognize the movement of garage doors.
• Sensors for measuring temperature, humidity and ambient light intensity.
• Sensor for water and flooding detection (required accessory). These features make the device ideal for use in homes and businesses where continuous monitoring of various conditions is required.

Easy integration and wireless connection

The device is powered by a standard CR123A Li-ion battery, which ensures easy maintenance and flexible placement. Connection is via Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, so there is no need for complex wiring. The sensor is compatible with selected UniFi Wi-Fi devices, such as Dream Router, UniFi 6 Lite, UniFi 6 Long-Range and others that support Bluetooth.
