For security surveillance in demanding environments and demanding detailed images, the Synology BC800Z is ideal. This Ultra HD 4K camera with a resolution of 3840x2160 at 30 FPS provides sharp and clear images, which is essential for recognizing details even at greater distances. With a 4.38-9.33 mm variable focal length optical zoom and IR illumination with a range of up to 38 m, it offers flexibility for various scenarios, whether it is a wide-angle view or focusing on a specific area. With IP67 water and dust resistance and IK10 vandalism protection, the camera is designed to operate reliably in extreme conditions.

Powerful Variable Zoom Lens

The Synology BC800Z is equipped with a varifocal lens with a focal length of 4.38-9.33 mm, which allows you to precisely adjust the field of view from 112.1° (wide view) to 47.5° (telephoto). This means you can effectively monitor both large spaces and specific details. The automatically removable infrared filter function ensures sharp images during the day and at night.

Night vision and recording in poor light conditions

With IR LED illumination with a wavelength of 850 nm and a maximum range of 38 m, the camera is able to provide clear images even in almost complete darkness (min. illumination of 0.001 lux). In addition, the white LED with a range of 31 m expands the camera's deployment options in environments without sufficient lighting. Multi-exposure HDR and advanced 2D and 3D noise reduction (DNR) improve image quality in challenging lighting conditions.

Durability and power

The camera is designed for use in challenging environments. With IP67 certification and IK10 vandalism protection, it can withstand water, dust, and physical damage. The operating temperature range of -30 °C to 60 °C (IR off) allows installation in extreme climates. Power is provided by PoE according to the IEEE 802.3af standard or 12V DC adapter, which is compatible with 12V 2.5A (Ø2.1 mm) adapters. Please note: PoE switch and power adapter are not included.
