Enterprise-grade security

The device uses a Zero Trust architecture that supports FIDO2 Passkey, TOTP MFA, certificate-based authentication, and integration with RADIUS for maximum access verification. With Secure Boot and a random number generator (TRNG), protection is enhanced with hardware trust. In addition, PQC TLS technology is prepared for future threats of the quantum era, ensuring long-term security.

Powerful VPN and Flexible Connections

PLANET CSG-800 supports a wide range of VPN protocols including IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, GRE, PPTP and L2TP with AES-128/192/256 encryption. The device achieves VPN throughput of up to 1890 Mbps with WireGuard and 1310 Mbps with IPSec/AES128, enabling fast and secure connections. Up to 200 concurrent SSL VPN connections can be connected, making it ideal for distributed teams and remote access.

High-availability management and monitoring

For easy management, the device offers a clear web interface, security dashboard and remote management support via SSHv2, TLSv1.3 and SNMPv1/v2c/v3. Diagnostics include monitoring of optical power, temperature, and transceiver supply voltage using SFP-DDM monitoring. Automatic security signature updates without manual intervention keep protection up-to-date.
