MikroTik CRS418-8P-8G-2S+RM is a multifunctional network device that combines a powerful switch with router capabilities. Thanks to the powerful 4-core ARM 2.2 GHz processor and hardware acceleration of L3 traffic, it can handle even demanding network operations. The device has 16× Gigabit Ethernet ports (of which 8 support PoE-out) and 2× 10G SFP+ ports for high-speed connectivity.

The switch is equipped with 1 GB DDR3L RAM, 128 MB NAND storage and a USB 3.0 port for storage expansion. It runs on the RouterOS v7 operating system with a Level 5 license, which offers advanced network management capabilities, including VLAN, ACL, SNMP and many other features.

Advanced network operating system RouterOS v7

The device runs on a full-fledged operating system RouterOS v7, which offers a complete set of network management tools. It allows you to configure VLANs, ACLs, SNMP, advanced monitoring and traffic shaping without additional fees or subscriptions.

Smart PoE Controller

The integrated Smart PoE Controller allows you to power connected devices directly from the switch with support for 802.3af/at and 24V Passive PoE. Ports Ether9 to Ether16 support PoE-out with the ability to set current limits for each port and a total output power of up to 150 W.

Universal deployment

The CRS418-8P-8G-2S+RM is ideal for hybrid Layer 2/3 network environments, whether you are segmenting the network using VLANs or routing traffic between them. Thanks to its powerful processor, it can replace ordinary office routers and function as an Internet gateway, firewall or even as a CAPsMAN controller for managing access points.
