MikroTik NetMetal ax is a powerful long-range outdoor access point designed for extreme durability. With a compact case that you can open and close with one hand, it can be easily installed almost anywhere. The degree of protection according to IP66 ensures that the device will be safe from dust and water currents.

The access point is equipped with a dual-core ARM processor, a gigabit Ethernet port, a 2.5 gigabit SFP slot for connecting optical fibers, a USB port and a free miniPCIe slot that allows for further customization. For example, you can add an LTE modem for backup mobile internet or a gateway for LoRa IoT setup.

Powerful dual-band Wi-Fi 6 offers higher speed, stability, security, roaming, power management and other functions compared to previous wireless protocols. Two RP-SMA connectors allow you to add an antenna of your choice. If necessary, you can modify the NetMetal ax for use at shorter distances with antennas such as the HGO-antenna-OUT screw-on omnidirectional antenna unit.
