Outdoor industrial switch for data transmission and power supply over long distances via hybrid cable

A solution for demanding outdoor installations where data and power need to be distributed from one hybrid cable to multiple devices. The GPERx6 switch combines 3 Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE functionality, 3 high-speed 10G SFP+ ports for optical connections and 3 DC outputs for powering IoT devices or specialized devices.

The device is designed for extreme conditions with IP66 protection and operating temperatures -40 to +70 °C. Equipped with a dedicated 10G switch chip 88E6193X tested in ISP devices. Ideal for large areas, industrial parks, security systems or solar installations in remote locations.

Hybrid cable and flexible power supply

The main advantage is the possibility of using a hybrid cable that combines optical fibers for data and copper wires for power. At the far end, the GPERx6 splits everything - SFP+ ports for data, PoE outputs for cameras or access points and DC outputs for specialized devices.

Outdoor installation and mounting

A hose clamp and mounting kit are included for easy installation on poles or walls. The robust construction withstands extreme weather conditions including frost, heat, wind and rain.

Application areas

Ideal for perimeter security of large areas, remote CCTV towers, IoT deployments where PoE is not practical, or solar edge installations where every watt and every meter of cable is important.
