Thanks to Bluetooth connection with a range of up to 100 m, you can easily control the cooking process directly from the mobile app. The combination of a durable stainless steel construction, ceramic handle and IP67 certification ensures a long life and safety when in contact with food.

Accurate temperature measurement and durable design

The Helmer TM 27 is equipped with a dual probe that allows simultaneous measurement of the temperature inside the food and around it. The probe is made of stainless steel with a zirconium-based ceramic handle that withstands high temperatures and is easy to wash thanks to IP67 certification. This ensures that the thermometer can withstand even the toughest conditions, whether you're grilling in the garden or baking in the oven.

Bluetooth technology and mobile app

Thanks to the 2.4 GHz Bluetooth connection, you can monitor the cooking process on your mobile device from a distance of up to 100 m. The Temprobe app provides presets for different types of meat (beef, chicken, fish and more) and allows you to select degree of doneness. Clear temperature graphs, notifications when the target temperature is reached and the ability to switch between °C and °F make it easy to prepare meals tailored to your requirements.

Practical base and long battery life

**The Magnetic base with LCD display displays current temperature data and functions as a signal amplifier and charging station. Thanks to battery life of up to 48 hours and fast charging via USB-C port (base 1 hour, probe 30 minutes), you don't have to worry about interruptions during cooking. Automatic display dimming after 5 minutes of inactivity saves energy, which is handy for longer processes like smoking.
