High thermal and wear resistance

PAJet is designed for demanding environments where resistance to temperature and mechanical stress is key. With a maximum processing temperature of 235 °C for hotend (HE) and 110 °C for heated bed (HB), it provides stable printing properties even at higher temperatures. Its abrasion resistance and impact toughness make it ideal for printing sliding bearings, joints, pins and spacers that require long life.

Specific Printing Conditions

For best results, use a draft-free, temperature-controlled environment and print without blowing the object. Recommended printing substrates include Kapton, thicker Ultem or regular office paper glued to heated glass. The 40 mm/s print speed ensures precise detail while maintaining stability.
