The DHI-NVR2108HC-W model from the Dahua Lite series represents a modern solution for wireless camera systems in small and medium-sized operations. Thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi 6 module supporting IEEE 802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax standards, it ensures a stable and fast wireless connection for up to 8 IP cameras with a resolution of up to 16 Mpx. The recorder is equipped with two high-gain antennas for extensive coverage and reliable signal transmission.

The device works with an industrial processor and the Embedded Linux operating system, which guarantees stable operation. It supports advanced AI functions including intelligent motion detection SMD Plus on 4 channels and perimeter protection on all channels. Automatic pairing with wireless cameras greatly simplifies installation and eliminates the need for network cables.

Intelligent AI functions

The recorder supports SMD Plus (Smart Motion Detection Plus) on 4 channels for secondary filtering of human and vehicle movement, significantly reducing false alarms. The cameras can use perimeter protection and standard SMD on all 8 channels with a performance of 16 targets/s.

Flexible Connectivity

The device offers 1× Ethernet port 10/100 Mbps, 2× USB 2.0 for backup media, HDMI and VGA outputs for connecting displays. The Wi-Fi module works in AP mode to create a dedicated surveillance network or in Station mode to connect to an existing network.

Advanced Recording and Playback

Supports recording in general, motion detection, intelligent and alarm modes. Playback offers instant playback, general, event, tag or intelligent playback on up to 8 channels simultaneously.

Remote Access and Management

Compatible with mobile applications for iOS and Android, support for ONVIF 24.12 (Profile T/S/G) protocols, P2P for easy remote access. Web interface accessible via Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari browsers.
