Durability and installation in demanding environments

The switch is designed for DIN rail or wall mounting, while its IP30 aluminum chassis provides protection against electromagnetic interference. Fanless design increases reliability by eliminating moving parts and allows operation in temperatures from -40 to +75 °C, making it ideal for industrial cabinets or non-air-conditioned spaces. Robustness is further enhanced by surge and ESD protection (± 6 kV contact discharge, ± 8 kV air discharge).

Redundant power supply and digital inputs/outputs

The device supports redundant power supply from 9-48 V DC or 24 V AC, ensuring reliable operation even if one source fails. The color-coded terminal block allows for easy connection, while a fault alarm relay alerts you to a power failure. 2× digital input (DI) detects the status of devices such as sensors, while 2× digital output (DO) can signal events such as connection failure. This ensures easy integration into alarm and monitoring systems.

Advanced L2+ Features and Security

The switch is equipped with a full set of Layer 2+ features, including IEEE 802.1Q VLAN (up to 256 VLANs), Q-in-Q, LACP and STP/RSTP/MSTP protocols for redundancy. Basic Layer 3 static routing enables efficient inter-VLAN communication. Security is ensured with features such as DHCP Snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection, IPv4/IPv6 ACL (up to 256 entries) and authentication via RADIUS or TACACS+. DoS prevention and IP Source Guard are available to protect against attacks.
