When powered via both SATA and 4-pin PWM simultaneously, the hub automatically switches the power source to SATA, while the 4-pin input is used to transmit PWM and RPM signals. This flexibility makes the device compatible not only with Noctua fans but also with those from many other brands.

Fan Protection and Monitoring

Safety is a priority, thanks to self-resetting fuses that protect the device against short circuits and overloads. Each port is equipped with status LEDs that indicate the RPM signal status. The hub also transmits the RPM signal from the first port directly to the motherboard, enabling precise fan speed monitoring. ### Easy installation and robust design

Installing the NA-FH1 is quick and convenient thanks to four strong neodymium magnets that allow it to attach to steel surfaces. For non-magnetic surfaces, double-sided adhesive tape or hook-and-loop fasteners can be used. Its compact dimensions (93 × 43 × 12.5 mm) and low weight (31 g) ensure easy placement in any system. However, the manufacturer recommends against placing the device directly onto hard drives.
