Thanks to its resistance to temperatures up to 160 °C, chemicals and wear, this filament is the perfect choice for professional use. The thicker matte graphite surface gives the printed parts a premium look.

PA-CFJet is optimized for 3D printing of structural and functional parts that must withstand high temperatures, pressure or heavy mechanical loads. Thanks to carbon fibers, the material is not only stronger, but also less prone to deformation, which ensures higher stability and accuracy of printed objects. This material will prove useful in the production of printer parts, mechanical components or prototypes that must withstand chemical influences and wear.

Printing conditions and compatibility

To achieve optimal results, we recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 230-240 °C and heating the substrate to 110-120 °C. For reliable printing, it is necessary to use a draft-free tempered environment and print without blowing the object. This filament is compatible with printing substrates such as kapton, thicker Ultem, metal sheet or double-sided steel printing plate PA Nylon Prusa. For better adhesion to the substrate, we recommend using MAGIGOO HT, specially designed for PA-CFJet materials.
