UniFi Switch US-48-500W is a high-performance, fully gigabit POE+ switch of the well-known manufacturer Ubiquiti from the UniFi series.

It is equipped with 48x Gbit Ethernet ports, two gigabit SFP ports and two SFP+ ports. The switch guarantees high throughput up to 70 Gbps.

UniFi Switches are part of the UniFi SDN (Software-Defined Networking) platform, which enables monitoring and control of end devices in the network, all clearly in the graphic interface UniFi Network Application. The UniFi Network Application provides network monitoring, UniFi device management, maps, statistics display and account settings.

One of the biggest advantages of this switch is PoE support according to the IEEE 802.3af/at standard and passive PoE 24V on each port for powering many devices. By default, the UniFi Switch auto-detects 802.3af/at on the connected device so that the device can automatically receive PoE. Passive PoE 24V must be enabled manually.
