PoE extender for extending the 1000Base-T Ethernet segment from 100 m to longer distances, including support for power supply IEEE 802.3af/at.

Ports 1x powered + 2x power, total power 25 W, VLAN transmission support, ESD+EFT protection. A solution for extending the Ethernet segment, including increasing the PoE (power over Ethernet) power supply range. It is a simple device that allows you to extend the maximum length of an Ethernet segment from 100 m to 200 m or up to 500 m, including maintaining the power supply of IEEE 802.3at devices at the end of the line. The extender application is ideal where IP cameras or wireless access points are used for their longer connection distances. In terms of price, it is thus a cheap extension of the possibility to install powered devices in places further away from the central switch or rack. The use consists in simply inserting the extender on the broken line.
