Passive patch DAC cable 3 m long. It is used to connect two QSFP28 devices with a maximum throughput of 100 Gbps. The cable is backward compatible with QSFP+ (40Gbit) devices/slots.
DAC (direct attach cable) cables are used to directly connect active elements. The cable is equipped with the same socket as the transceiver and thus allows you to create a short-distance connection without using transceivers.
