It protects the UTP/FTP line against overvoltage, it is also possible to transmit power including PoE (IEEE 802.3af/at). 100/1000Mbit support. Protects all four pairs.

Properties

• voltage for starting discharge: 230 V +/- 20% (inset 100 V/s), with a pulse of 100 V/us 400 V, with a pulse of 1 kV/us 500 V
• can be used with PoE
• voltage can be transmitted, voltage over 60 V is not recommended and voltage over 180 V cannot be transmitted

Surge protection only works with good grounding! Pay attention to the transition resistance and the condition of the building's earth conductors!

• 300x at discharge current 10/1000 µs 1 A
• 10x 50 Hz for 1s at a current of 10 A (e.g. accidentally connected to a 230 V power supply network)
